Heavy Dumbbell Walking Lunges with weighted straps follow up with body weight Walking High Knee Lunges.

Good for Quads, Hamstring & Glutes size development & separations! It also train the abductors, hip flexors & forearms.
This exercise burns massive calories and it really challenge the mind & body.

Beginner please do not attempt this weight.
